LET’S GO PALSI!
The PALSI (Peer-Assisted Learning Scheme using Supplemental Instruction) Program is back for the new semester! Whether you want to maintain your academic excellence or need extra support to tackle more challenging subjects, PALSI is here to help you stay on track! Learn more about how it works:
🔗 What is PALSI?
- PALSI aims at enhancing students' understanding of course materials and improving students' overall learning and reasoning skills. Regularly scheduled, out-of-class, peer-facilitated review sessions are open to undergraduate students taking PALSI courses.
- As PALSI is a course-based learning initiative, senior students who have performed well in previous studies are invited to be PALSI Leaders. They meet with first-year students (called PALSI Students) studying in the same course to discuss academic work and share tips on effective learning strategies.
📖 Courses provided in PALSI
- 4 Courses: CS2310, CHEM1300, MA1301 and MA1503
- Each course will be supported by more than one PALSI Leader, who are outstanding senior students with great passion.
- PALSI Leaders will provide at least one session every week for review and Q&A.
