Examination Timetable

  • Students can obtain their examination timetable from Student Information System(SIS) » Manage Classes » View my Classes/Schedule » By Class » Exam Schedule. Seat number for each examination will be posted at the entrance of the examination venues on the exam date. It can also be checked by Calendar View.
  • There may be some last minute changes to the examination date, time and venue for a course, students must check their examination timetable once more from SIS immediately prior to the examinations.
  • Students should contact the Academic Regulations and Records Office immediately if there are errors in their personal examination timetable.
  • Students may be required to attend examinations during day time, in the evenings or on Saturdays regardless of their program's mode of study. Rescheduled examinations may be held on Sundays. Students should adjust their activities to attend examinations.
  • Due to shortage of examination venues and other factors, examinations for students will not be evenly distributed throughout the examination period. For some students, they may need to take their examinations on consecutive days and on some occasions, take two examinations in one day.

Commonly Used Examination Venues

If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the page contents and the Academic Regulations (AR), rules and guidelines, the AR, rules and guidelines shall prevail.
