Certification of Study

Certificate of Medium of Instruction

Students may obtain the above documents through either of the following channels:

Self-Service Machines located in the hall on 1st Floor, Academic Building 4
In-person application at the ARRO Service Centre, Room 122, 1st Floor, Academic Building 4

Fees and Entitlements

For CityUHK (DG) current students, the first five (5) certificates are provided free of charge.
A fee of ¥20 per certificate will apply for any additional copies.
After graduation or withdrawal from the University, all certificates will be charged at ¥20 per copy, regardless of the number previously issued.

Academic Transcript

It is a student's record including available course grades and/or award classification approved by the College/School Deans. A complimentary copy of the academic transcript will be issued to students who have completed a degree/Program.

Certification of Study

A standard report to certify a student’s record of studies at the University, which includes information on study status, program records for bachelor’s degree and award details (if available).

Certificate of Medium of Instruction

Students may request the Academic Regulations and Records Office (ARRO) to certify that medium of instruction and assessment at the University is English.
